1. Shipping Regions
We proudly ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to remote U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico) or military addresses (APO/FPO).
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Another notification with tracking information will be sent when your order has shipped. Minor delays may occur during peak shopping seasons or product launch events.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the link provided in the email or via major carrier websites (USPS / FedEx / UPS / DHL).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost in Transit: If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 15 business days, please contact us within 30 days of the original ship date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item, and email them to support@ovolaptics.com within 7 days of delivery.
